Main Responsibilities 1. Contract Review and Negotiation - Responsible for all kind of sales related contracts in Greater China, such as, but not limited to, Frame Supply Agreements, Purchase Contracts, NDA, Consignment Contracts, and Distributorship Contracts. - Support the Sales team in negotiating contracts and provide legal and commercial advice. - Design contracts according to business targets, needs and volume in cooperation with Sales. 2.
